Jil Perdacher – HEAD OF PEOPLE EXPERIENCE
Jil started her career in tourism, but the pandemic led her to discover her passion for HR. Today, as Head of People Experience at Viewpointsystem, she guides how we attract and onboard the right talent (among many other responsibilities), including experts for highly technical and specialized roles.
“What I love most is supporting employees through every stage of their career journey with us,” Jil explains. “It starts with spotting future talent, recruiting and onboarding them, and guiding them through their first month, all the way to the annual development talks. In PX we’re involved in so many professional and personal decisions, which makes every day truly exciting. Nothing can be planned in advance because it’s all about people—and that’s what keeps the role so alive.”
She has a clear message for young women entering the tech field: “When I was younger, people sometimes told me I was too loud, too curious, or too direct. Looking back, those were exactly the qualities that helped me get to where I am today.” Her advice: “Ask as many questions as you can. Connect with colleagues in other departments to understand how things fit together. Try out different roles to discover where your strengths really shine. And most importantly—stay true to yourself, take chances, say yes to projects, and be bold.”

Mila Pavlovic – SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
Mila demonstrates that creativity and tech sales make a powerful combination. She began by studying design, then explored languages at university, picking up fluent Swedish along the way. Since 2017, she has worked in sales and customer success, quickly learning how to build rapport and strong relationships with people she had never met before.
At Viewpointsystem, she puts that strength to work: as Sales Development Representative (SDR), she identifies potential customers, sparks curiosity about our technology, and opens the door to product demos- often in English or Swedish, particularly across Scandinavia.
“Honestly, I love calls”, Mila says. “The best part is getting so familiar with a highly technical product that you really know what you’re talking about.” Every day is a mix of detective work, a bit of charm, and a lot of calling, and that combination continues to fascinate her.
For women looking to enter or grow in the tech world, Mila shares this message: “Tech isn’t about gender—it’s about ideas, curiosity, and showing up. You can try anything, bring your creativity and brainpower to the table, and make it work. Your background, your accent, or your life story don’t matter. If you have the drive, you can achieve absolutely anything.”

Anna Pohl – PX MANAGER
Anna’s background is in psychology. With an MSc in Educational Psychology and an MA in Counseling Psychology, she brings a deep understanding of team dynamics, motivation, and individual development – skills that are highly relevant in fast-paced tech environments, where diverse personalities, leadership styles, and working methods come together.
As PX Manager, she supports the entire employee lifecycle – from application and onboarding to development and beyond. “What I really enjoy is being in touch with such a wide variety of people – different backgrounds, perspectives, personalities, and brilliant minds all working in unique ways”, she explains. “I’m passionate about building cohesive teams and creating environments where top talent can thrive. And it’s exciting to be part of a company that is building something innovative and solving real-world problems.”
Her view on women in tech is refreshingly straightforward: “I’m not sure women need advice so much as opportunities. If you’re interested in tech, just go for it. Follow your goals, trust your skills, and don’t wait for permission to take your place in this space.”

Marina Kitzwögerer – FINANCE MANAGER
Marina studied Management and has a background in supply chain management and auditing before moving into finance. That combination gives her insight into both operational processes and financial structures. Today, she is Finance Manager at Viewpointsystem, overseeing planning, reporting, and financial analysis. No two days are the same. “It’s a mix of numbers, strategy, and most importantly teamwork,” she says.
One thing matters most to her: impact. “I love that my work helps shape decisions in such an innovative environment. Seeing how financial insights support growth and innovation is genuinely motivating.”
Her advice for women entering tech: “Don’t be afraid to step into new areas. Ask questions, learn as you go, and trust that your perspective adds real value.”
