Data Processing

We process personal data (contact data, usage data, technical data) for the purposes of fulfilling contracts, handling enquiries, and direct marketing on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a), (b), and (f) GDPR.

Processors

We work with the following categories of service providers:

  • CRM systems and marketing automation for customer management and email newsletters
  • B2B visitor identification tools to analyse company visits
  • Web hosting providers for the technical provision of the website
  • Website analytics tools to optimise our online presence
  • Email service providers and accounting service providers

These service providers are contractually obliged to protect personal data. For service providers based in the USA, data is transferred on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Contact Form & Newsletter

When you use our contact forms or sign up for our newsletter, we process your data (name, email, and where applicable company and phone number) in order to handle your enquiry or send the newsletter (Art. 6(1)(a) or (b) GDPR). The data is stored in our CRM. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Cookies & Analytics Tools

Our website uses cookies for technical functions (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) as well as analytics tools such as Google Analytics and tracking via our CRM to optimise our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can manage cookies in your browser settings or disable them via “Do Not Track”.

ZoomInfo (B2B Visitor Identification)

We use ZoomInfo to identify companies that visit our website (B2B context). This is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in lead qualification and marketing optimisation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). ZoomInfo records your IP address and matches it against publicly available company data. You have the right to object to this processing at any time.

Retention Periods

  • Contract data: up to 30 years (statutory retention obligations)
  • Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn
  • Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics)
  • Server logs: 7 days
