Today, as Head of People Experience at Viewpointsystem, she guides how we attract and onboard the right talent (among many other responsibilities), including experts for highly technical and specialized roles. \u201cTech isn\u2019t about gender. It\u2019s about ideas, curiosity, and showing up.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Mila demonstrates that creativity and tech sales make a powerful combination. She began by studying design, then explored languages at university, picking up fluent Swedish along the way. Since 2017, she has worked in sales and customer success, quickly learning how to build rapport and strong relationships with people she had never met before. \u201cWomen\u00a0don\u2019t\u00a0need advice as much as they need opportunities. If\u00a0you\u2019re\u00a0interested in tech, just go for it.\u201d<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Anna\u2019s background is in psychology. With an MSc in Educational Psychology and an MA in Counseling Psychology, she brings a deep understanding of team dynamics, motivation, and individual development \u2013 skills that are highly relevant in fast-paced tech environments, where diverse personalities, leadership styles, and working methods come together. \u201cDon\u2019t be afraid to step into new areas. Ask questions, learn as you go, and trust that your perspective adds value.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Marina studied Management and has a background in supply chain management and auditing before moving into finance. That combination gives her insight into both operational processes and financial structures. Today, she is Finance Manager at Viewpointsystem, overseeing planning, reporting, and financial analysis. No two days are the same. \u201cIt\u2019s a mix of numbers, strategy, and most importantly teamwork,\u201d she says. Whether it’s psychology, design, tourism, or finance, the paths into the tech world are as diverse as the people who walk them. She has a clear message for young women entering the tech field: \u201cWhen I was younger, people sometimes told me I was too loud, too curious, or too direct. Looking back, those were exactly the qualities that helped me get to where I am today.\u201d Her advice: \u201cAsk as many questions as you can. \u201cHonestly, I love calls\u201d, Mila says. \u201cThe best part is getting so familiar with a highly technical product that you really know what you\u2019re talking about.\u201d Every day is a mix of detective work, a bit of charm, and a lot of calling, and that combination continues to fascinate her.
