WiCa Wire & Cable Machinery GmbH is already a few years after its foundation in 2018 a worldwide specialist in constructing and building customized machines for the wire and cable industry. After delivery, WiCa wants to ensure that their customers have a successful experience with the product. For this reason, they offer the VPS 19 smart glasses as a service tool for remote support and further direct assistance, if needed. \u201cWe have understood that an improved customer service calls for new technology adoption.
